SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We stock all items in Toronto and orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. In case we have an unforeseen delay related to the shipment we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • For peace of mind, all packages are tracked and require signature to receive

  • Delivery standards are not guaranteed as weather and mail volume can affect delivery

  • Delivery may take longer than stated for rural destinations

  • Any fees incurred from returned shipments due to incorrect shipping information or refusal of receipt are the responsibility of the customer

Parcels are shipped via Canada Post. Express shipping can be arranged (additional charges apply). Please send us an email at info@danishdesignspace.com to inquire about rates and delivery times.

Canada:

Flat rate of 10 CAD per order - Tracked Expedited Parcel.

Delivery standard 3-8 business days.

United States:

Flat rate of 20 CAD per order - Tracked Expedited Parcel USA.

Delivery standard 5-10 business days. For shipments to the United States the customer is responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes.

International:

Flat rate of 50 CAD per order - Tracked Packet International.

Delivery standard 7-18 business days. For shipments to International destinations the customer is responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes.

 

MAKE IT A GIFT

We gift wrap and ship directly to the recipient, including a gift receipt, at no extra cost. Simply add a note in the “additional information” field at check-out.

 

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

All sale items are final sale.

Canada:

If you want to exchange an item, please email us at shop@danishdesignspace.com for us to confirm product availability and to set up the free return shipment with Canada Post (Canada only).

If you want to return an item please send us an email at shop@danishdesignspace.com, and we will help you set up the free return shipment (Canada only). 

All returns and exchanges must be in new condition (unused and undamaged), and in the original packaging. 

US and International:

We do not offer free exchanges/returns on shipments to the United States and International destinations. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all return shipments be insured. If items are damaged during return shipping, we will not be able to provide a refund.

All returns and exchanges must be in new condition (unused and undamaged), and in the original packaging.

 

DAMAGES

When receiving the parcel it is important you check to make sure that there are no visible damages. If everything is as expected the carrier will ask you to sign for the receipt. In case the packaging is damaged or have other visible indications of defects, remember to sign for receipt with reservations of potential damages of the products.

We check all items prior to shipping them to you, but should you find that an item has been damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange exchange or return.
